The Trenching Division of Blue Mesa Excavation, Inc. is dedicated to meeting your trenching requirements.  Our track trencher equipment is designed to facilitate expeditious rock chain trenching or production level trenching through the most difficult soil conditions.  Formed for the sole purpose of providing Electric Utilities, Telecommunications, Data Transfer, Pipe Line Companies and their respective customers, a cost effective means of burying to depth, their facilities, this Division has exhibited itself as a leader in controlling project costs.

We tailor equipment not only to meet trench width and depth requirements but also to the various soil and rock conditions which will be encountered. Trencher weights, varying from 60,000 to 110,000 pounds, when paired with various boom and chain configurations, produce optimal results.

Our trenchers are, depending on unit requirements and design limitations, capable of cut widths ranging from 16" to 36" and depths to 12 feet.  Loaders can be provided, as necessary, when roadside shoulder trenching prohibits the deposit of materials on site.
